Non-members:

- $150/session
- $500 for 4-pack (savings of $100)

Weight Loss & Management

In addition to lifestyle management and appropriate therapeutic options we offer semaglutide (generic for ozempic/wegovy) for as low as $225/mo to patients who meet criteria.

Please note the membership re-enrollment fee, if payment lapses greater than 60 days a fee of $500 applies to re-establish. If not re-established patients will be discharged from the practice at that time.
